Annick Gilbert is a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions groups in the firm’s Québec City office. She provides counsel and representation to associations and non-profit organizations including congregations, religious corporations, foundations, and private educational institutions. Annick has participated in mergers involving non-profit organizations and the reorganization and transfer of social enterprises. In her work with charitable organizations, Annick provides advice on fiscal matters.


She is one of three finalists for the 2004 Lieutenant Governor's Award.
