Kadiatou Sow has been a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial group since 2014. She focuses on commercial transactions in relation to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations of private companies, venture capital, equity financing and joint ventures. She advises start-ups and multinationals regarding projects in Canada and abroad.

Kadiatou has knowledge in various industries, including natural resources, fund management and new technologies. Before joining Fasken, Kadiatou worked for another large Canadian law firm.
