Overview

Lucie Lanctuit is a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at the Montreal office. She practices primarily in civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual and shareholder disputes.

She advises and represents individuals and corporations in complex matters and appeals.

Lucie also has extensive experience with commissions of inquiry. She served as legal counsel to the Commission of Inquiry on the Awarding and Management of Public Contracts in the Construction Industry (Charbonneau Commission).

Lucie is recognized as a Future Star in litigation by Benchmark Litigation. She is also recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada in the area of Corporate and Commercial Litigation.

Lucie started her career as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Pierre J. Dalphond of the Court of Appeal of Quebec. Before joining Fasken, Lucie was a partner in a national law firm.
