Megan Sedmak is a paralegal in the Real Estate and Banking Groups. She has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate, developments and lending transactions. Megan works directly with clients, agents, adverse counsel, government offices and Land Title Office personnel.

Megan assists in all aspects of the purchase and sale of commercial properties and residential conveyances, as well as the preparation and registration of documents in the Land Title Office and the Indian Land Registry. She acts for developers in residential property conveyances, including new strata developments and properties located on Indian Reserve Lands.

Working in all aspects of commercial property, Megan also works on the subdivision of lands and preparation and registration of related municipal covenants, commercial mortgages, refinancing and PPSA matters.

Megan reviews loan agreements, considers corporate structure and determines security requirements, and prepares security documents involving real and personal property assets and share transactions She also works on general due diligence, including both title and off-title matters, and in the preparation of due diligence reports.
