Mitchell Thaw is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Toronto Tax practice group. With extensive experience in income tax matters, Mitchell has advised clients on investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions and estate planning.
Mitchell is the author of Canada’s only text on the taxation of mutual fund trusts and corporations. Recognized by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Mitchell has worked on over 100 transactions listed in Lexpert’s “Big Deals” and “Big Suits.”
