Nathalie-Anne Béliveau is a seasoned and experienced litigator who focuses on civil and commercial litigation as well as competition law. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, injunctions, seizures and other urgent extraordinary remedies, including Anton Piller (civil search warrant), Norwich and Mareva injunctions and intellectual property disputes.

Nathalie-Anne has leading-edge litigation expertise in breach of non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, unfair or illegal competition, white-collar fraud and other statutory offences, such as securities violations involving insider trading or competition. She has successfully intervened in many high-profile cases that showcased her professionalism and abilities and frequently appears before the courts in high-tech matters.

Nathalie-Anne Béliveau began her career working in labour and employment law and continues to act on behalf of companies in a variety of employment disputes, ranging from termination of employment to collective labour relations disputes, including injunctions during illegal strikes or picketing.

Nathalie-Anne is very knowledgeable in the area of administrative law, having obtained a master’s degree in this area, and is a multi-talented lawyer able to adapt to any situation.

She has penned numerous academic articles, particularly on non-competition, and also wrote the labour law reference work “Les normes du travail”. Over the years, she has become a renowned author and her texts are often cited by the judiciary, including both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
